  • Blind boxes are sold as random mystery items. We cannot guarantee which figure you will receive.

  • Pre-order items will be clearly marked and shipped once available.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
Standard and express UK delivery options are available, as well as international shipping.

Customers have the right to return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns of opened blind boxes due to the nature of the product.

Estimated arrival dates are provided as guidance and may change due to supplier delays.
If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the full order until all items are available.
