🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want every Shouji delivery to spark joy! If something’s not quite right, here’s how to return it:

Returns Policy:
– Return within 14 days of receiving your order
– Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
– Email hello@shouji.co.uk with your order number to start the return

Please note:
– Opened blind boxes can’t be returned (because surprises don’t like going backwards!)
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
– Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return
